Known as “one of the great grand dames of Art Deco Streamline Moderne in Los Angeles”, the Eastern Columbia Building inspired Porus Studio design team to create the Columbia Sideboard. The Eastern Columbia Building is a landmark Art Deco building in the Broadway Theater District of downtown Los Angeles, California. The 13-story building was completed in 1930 and is considered one of the finest examples of Art Deco architecture in the United States. The building was used as an office tower until the early 21st century, when it was converted into luxury condominiums
The modern Columbia Sideboard features a stunning brushed brass frame and a structure made in walnut wood with a high gloss varnish finish hide. On the inside, an exciting and exotic interior storage with lacquered wood shelves with a high gloss varnish, blended with 6 brushed brass handles. The mid-century modern Columbia sideboard will add art deco style and personality to any home décor.
