The Art Deco Eastern Columbia Building in Los Angeles is one of the city‘s most iconic structures. The building was completed in 1930 and was originally used as an office and retail space. The building‘s distinctive blue–green terracotta facade is one of its most recognizable features. The building was converted into apartments in 2006 and is now home to many of the city‘s creative professionals. The Eastern Columbia Building is a prime example of the Art Deco style and is one of the most photographed buildings in Los Angeles.
